It is critical that you read the Entry Submission & Guideline/Glossary information as category changes have been made. DEADLINE Tuesday, March 10, 2009 by 4:00 p.m. YES, March 10, 2009. ELIGIBILITY All work must have been published or aired between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. FEES Single Entry: $50 Campaign Entry: $75 Student Entry: $25 PAYMENT Full payment in the form of a check made payable to "AAF/District Two" and your Manifest Form, MUST accompany your entries. JUDGING A distinguished panel of advertising creatives will gather in New York City to select the winners from an anticipated 100+ entries. The short answer is that the Ad Club of Central PA no longer exists. However, District Two has been very supportive and has jumped in to help conduct the ADDY Awards for our region this year. District Two has agreed to handle all ADDY payments and to conduct the judging of entries. They have also agreed, in effect, to hold all 2008 ADDY entry fees paid by Central PA agencies in escrow until a determination has been made as to whether a new Ad Club will be formed in our region. If a new organization emerges in 2009, District Two will provide all money received from 2008 ADDY entries as a form of start-up capital.
